This article uses literature material method, questionnaire survey procedure, expert interview method, mathematical method of average, logical analytic method and so on , In this paper, using literature data, the survey, expert interviews, statistics, logic analysis, and other research methods understand our ordinary schools swim school-based curriculum development status quo, with its own characteristics swimming on the school-based curriculum development feasibility analysis; Swimmers from the school-based curriculum development theory and practice to study, analyze, typical cases, school-based courses in the theory and practice of development on the basis of school-based curriculum for the development of swimming at this stage the status quo, to ordinary schools swimming suits our school-based curriculum development model.The results showed that: swim school-based curriculum development theory and practice is still at the initial stage, while China only a few schools swim school-based curriculum development, but effective, the teachers and students are welcome. This shows swimming curriculum development in China there is still a significant potential. Through surveys show: Swimming , is a way to a variety of fitness training means widespread secondary school students and teachers love, physical education teachers in regular schools of their swimming capability to develop school-based curriculum confidence. This study was designed to study through the use of school-based curriculum development theory, we will be swimming like this by the health and daily exercise (?)outines necessary to the survival of basic skills as widely as possible within the framework of universal, in order to compensate for the inadequacies of national curriculum , and enhance the country's diversity courses, a school characteristics, and enable the students to learn swimming skills, raise the personal viability, physical development, improve exercise capacity problems, the students sentiments, and will exercise, learn to swim scientific training methods training students interested in swimming, through lifelong exercise habits.
