Educational technology training for primary and secondary school teachers has been carried out gradually around the country. Along with the expansion of the training, it is found that the traditional training way can not meet the needs; meanwhile, network-based training methods have been gradually adopted. In network training, training and learning are based on the supportive platform. But according to the analysis of the platform monitoring data, I find that the application platform can not achieve the desired effect.This paper will analyze the practicality of the training supporting platform, which is constructed in accord with the Educational Technology Training Course published by Beijing Normal University Press, from the perspectives of both theory and practice. The whole article will start with the theory, and then focus on the characteristics of the supporting platform and participants based on Information Technology User Acceptance theory. After this, it is going to set up the trainee-platform influence model, and bring forward the three aspects of the platform practicality: serviceability, usability and applicability. Then by comparison,the problems existing in current platforms will be explored. In the following part, by analyzing the theory and addressing the current problems, a detailed elucidation of the three aspects will be given and revised experimental improvement and data analysis of the supporting platform will be presented. Finally, it will try to tackle on the deficiency problem of the practicality research, and bring forward some suggestions for the follow-up work.
