| "Allow students to participate in the teaching process" is the basic principle for new curriculum reform. "How to get students to participate in the teaching process" triggers the thinking of scholars and teachers, "learn by doing" surely can make students participate actively in the teaching, but it is time-consuming and the knowledge, what the students have got, is lack of logic and system. So, it doesn't accord with the systematic classroom teaching.Then, I created "role given", a teaching strategy, which is based on the theory "learn by doing", on the experiences of the teachers, and my efforts."Role given" is such a process in which, the teachers create a stimulant situation, give a social role for the students, arrange a real task for the role, and we can expect the students to master the eternal and sophisticated teaching contents during finishing the task. This paper concludes the basic conditions for this teaching strategy, the ways and steps for the sub-strategy, and the basic principles for the implementation. This is my originality.Finally, this paper also designs some practical, microcosmic strategies for primary writing teaching process, for example, "playwright strategy", "reporter strategy", "ad. Mastermind strategy". This is another original point of my paper. |
