Research And Practice On The Employment Management Model Of Vocational College Graduates In Anhui Province

In this thesis, mainly takes the current employment management situation of Higher Vocational College graduates as its theoretical basis. The thesis develops its body by analyzing the employment management structure of the Higher Vocational College in our province from the following four current situations: the leadership system, the organizational structure, the quotidian operation and management as well as the employment quality management. Through analyzing the training mode of higher vocational education, the author presents the related countermeasures for the employment management of Higher Vocational Colleges in our province:First, stick to the correct positioning of higher vocational education; take the road of employment management with vocational college characteristicsSecond, as a unique type of higher vocational education, it should establish the employment quality concept with its own features.Third, we must manage the employment with market demand-oriented.Fourth, dive into analyzing our province's situation, grasp the rules for the demand of highly skilled people in technology, define the major structure when enroll the new students and the model of training students , conform to the assessment system of employment quality, come to grip with the development trend and management countermeasures for the higher vocational college graduates' employment.
