The City Community Management Based On The Western Govern Theory

How to build a city management style at the grassroots level is an essential subject during the economic and social transition, due to its increasingly important role in the process of urban modernization.Therefore, the introduction of community system and the choosing of an appropriated management style for community will affect the harmonious economic and society development, the successful transformation of government functions and the cultivation of the legal and democratic awareness of the public.Nowadays, communities are becoming a major place to cultivate the community awareness and district-society integration where the community democracy is developed and the social administration system is explored.The assessment of the community system and the community administration style is obtained in this paper by the introduction and comparison of community administration style domestic and abroad as well as the overview and evaluation of the related research. Additionally, a novel community administration style, the cooperation style for the government and community, is appointed according to the state of community administration in Hefei economic and technical development zone Finally, an improved suggestion is raised for the operation mechanism of the public involvement and the self-governance in the above style.
