Research On The Development Of The Educational Technology Of Colleges And Universities In Guangxi In 1980s-1990s

On October 1st,1983, Deng XiaoPing wrote an inscription for the JingShan Middle School of BeiJing:"The education must face to the needs of modernization, to the world, to the future". From then on, centering on how to realize the modernization of education, the field of education started an upsurge of discussion and practice. At the end of the twentieth century, with the fast development of the technology of computer , multi-media and internet communication and their extensive application on educational fields, the modern educational technology have been the key to the innovation and development of education as a mark. The educational informationization has become an important factor of realizing the educational modernization.In the early 21st century, the informationization of education developed quickly in the colleges and universities in GuangXi. This was because the infrastructure has been builden and educational technology has been applied extensively in every colloge and university at the end of the last century. Reviewing the state of development of educational technology of colleges and universities in this period will offer some experience and enlightenment to building educational informationization in the future.By collecting a lot of related materials and putting them in order,this article will try to show some cases which can completely reflect the application state of educational technology in colleges and universities in GuangXi in 1980s~1990s. Compared with other colloges and universities in China and foreign countries, these matierials and cases have been analysed the characteristic, existing problems and reasons have been summarized.
