Every country has its own culture. It is the summary and abstract of the ways and styles of her people' s subsistence, living ,producing and thinking. It is the essential of her people's wisdom. As Chinese offspring, it is our responsibility to study and develop Chinese culture. And education of Chinese culture is the key point of developing and popularizing Chinese culture .Today, people are putting more and more attention on Chinese culture. At the same time, many problems which should be solved as soon as possible have been discovered. In order to solve these problems, so that a consecutive development of Chinese culture education can be realized , I think it is necessary to systemize Chinese culture education and realize the systematization in Chinese education in elementary school and middle school . Therefore, how to systematize current Chinese culture education and how to realize it in Chinese education in elementary school and middle school is put down on the very important position.At first , this article introduced the connotation of the education of Chinese culture , then, this article shows it is necessary to popularize and enhance Chinese culture education to ensure the development of Chinese culture. Like curing needs the right medicine works on the exact symptom, to brace up Chinese culture education, we must start from facing the problems existing in the current Chinese culture education. In the second chapter, I clarified the significant problems existing in the development of current Chinese culture education, which are specifically shown in teaching material, faculty and management. In the third chapter, I come up with the core opinion of this article: the current Chinese culture education must be systematized, and I also demonstrated the concepts of system and systematization in the chapter. In the forth chapter, combining with the practice in Chinese teaching in elementary school and middle school, I tried to test the water of how to specifically realize the systematic optimization of Chinese culture education in Chinese teaching practice in elementary school and middle school. More specifically, standing in the point of a professional Chinese teacher, I researched how to realize the integrity, order and openness of Chinese culture education in elementary school and middle school via choosing the right teaching material, right teaching methods, and right teaching evaluation system. In the final paragraph , I gave some proposal to encourage mutually with all Chinese teachers working in elementary school and middle school.
