The biggest difference between the new and the former curriculum reforms is that the new curriculum takes "emotion attitude, value" into its goals, its purpose lies in promoting the overall development of students. The humanities in the physics history decide that it has abundant resources for training the students' lofty emotion, active and enterprising life attitude and right value.In the traditional teaching process, most teachers' hearts set on cognize target establishment and implement of technical ability, neglecting the cultivation of emotion attitude, value target. After investigation we analyze the causes that create this tendency is teachers' undeveloped ideas, the difficulties of teaching practice and the absence of teaching evaluation.. Based on the analysis and classification of all entries of physics history in the current textbook of junior high school, we elaborate the physics history in the function in the education for all-round development in studying the features of the formation process of the high school student's emotion attitude and value. We have made a feasibility study of using the physics history to develop the student's emotion attitude and value, and practiced our strategy in physics teaching in the high school finally.The new curriculum will expand the view field of education from intelligence realm to non- intelligence realm, choosing "physics history" as a carrier and medium, makes the cultivation of emotion attitude and value no longer abstractive , expecting to contain certain help in high school physics teaching.
