As far as children are concerned, family education's role is to enhance their comprehensive ability and to have them enabled with healthy and happy personality.The idea that parental communication is the core element in family education has been widely acknowledged. Not only because that family is the motive factor for the socialization of children's personality development, that is, family is the principle field for the socialization of children's personality development, but also that the mutual interaction between parents and children plays significant role in children's personality development in respect that Such socialized targets as social belief and social value are first filtered by parents and then transferred to children in a highly individualized and selective form.However, in practice, quite a few parents have discovered that there exist various forms of obstacles in this transferring.What hinder the parental communication? How to evoke the minds of children to avoid the failure of parents' expectation?This research, based on reviewing and summary of the theoretical, qualitative and quantitative studies, has a survey on the present situation of parental communication and has a discussion on the cause of the miscommunication. And it goes further to give constructive suggestions on as how to reinforce the interactivity of parental communication in order to enhance the fluent communication and effectiveness of parental communication.
