Family environment is an important factor affecting children's problem behavior.The level of parental involvement affects the parental self-efficacy,and improving the parental self-efficacy can effectively reduce children 's problem behaviors.This study examines the relationship between parental involvement,parental self-efficacy and young children 's problem behaviors,especially the mediating effect of parental self-efficacy,which can enrich relevant research data and promote relevant research.At the same time,it can also help parental involvement in parenting better and provide practical guidance to reduce children's problem behaviors.This research mainly consists of two parts.The first is the questionnaire compilation.Based on the research needs,the "Parent involvement Behavior Questionnaire" is self-made.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good.The second is to distribute questionnaires,conduct surveys,and compile data,specifically analyze the current situation of parental involvement,parental self-efficacy,and child problem behaviors,and explore the relationship between these.Combining the literature method and the analysis of the survey results of 655 parents of 3-6 years old children in this study,the main findings are as follows:1.On the whole,the involvement level of parents of 3-6 year old children in this study is high.The scores in each dimension from high to low are: behavioral discipline,emotional communication,life care,learning support,home-school cooperation.2.Parents' gender,education,occupation,average monthly family income and family structure have a significant impact on parental involvement behavior.The involvement level of mothers is significantly higher than that of fathers;the involvement level of parents with low education and low average monthly family income is significantly lower than that of groups with high education and high average monthly income;parents with workers and farmers whose occupation level issignificantly lower than other occupation parents.3.From an overall level,the parental self-efficacy of parents of 3-6 year-old children is at the upper middle level.4.The gender of the parents,the educational background of the parents,and the average monthly income of the family have a significant influence on their parental self-efficacy.The sense of parental self-efficacy of mothers is significantly higher than that of fathers;parents with low education level and average monthly family income have significantly lower sense of parental self-efficacy than parents with high education level and average monthly family income.Parental occupation and family structure have no significant influence on their parental self-efficacy.5.Parental involvement is significantly positively correlated with parental self-efficacy;Parental involvement is significantly negatively correlated with children's problem behavior;parental self-efficacy is negatively correlated with children's problem behavior.6.parental self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in parental involvement and young children 's problem behaviors.The study further confirmed that parental involvement behavior has a significant impact on parental self-efficacy,and parental self-efficacy has a significant impact on children's problem behavior.Therefore,this study focuses on four points of education suggestions for improving the level of parental involvement: parents need to further enhance their awareness of involvement;provide parents with opportunities to learn parenting knowledge and skills;improve the level of fathers 'participation in the lives and learning of their children;Raise the level of parents' participation in home-school cooperation.
