In order to make good school culture ethos, develop person with high diathesis and strengthen the competition of schools themselves ,more and more schools pay more attention on the constrution of school culture and investigation. The ideas of the constrution of school culture and investigation is becoming diverse. Focusing on and making use of the archives formed in the last activities in school is becoming the important approach to the constrution of school culture. School archives are the rare .valuable and highly effective information resources of the constrution of school culture. This investigation trys making use of school archives to explore the constrution of school culture and service.
