To adapt to the development of the society, the new-turnbasic education course innovation pays attention to reforming the learning style .Experience is the core idea in the new curriculum reform. That means we will pay more attention students in our education and attach more importance to students principal part. The idea of experiential teaching existed long time ago, it appeared in the educational idea of Socrates,Plato,Confucius. But at that time, it was not a scientifically academic system. In modern time;there is more and more experiential teaching research. That provides our instruction with new energy.On the guidance of the modern educational theory, the article adopted the method of combining theory research with demonstration research, elaborated the meanings and academic foundation of the experience teaching in the high school chemistry and linked the personal practice on teaching, analyzed the actual effect of the experience teaching in the chemistry teaching of high school in order to arouse more craft brother to make attention, thinks, inereest in the experience teaching of chemistry in high school. According to the construction studying theory, the innovation of the basic education, the aim and edeality of the course, the achievement and motivation theory, the modern study concept, the theory of Gadner′s Multiple Intelligences, the research summarized the exploring the flow of the experience, combined the personal practice of teaching and designed the flow of tye experience teaching in the chemistry of high school .
