Physical exercise can not only strengthen health but also on mental health have a positive impact Currently physical training on the mental health impact has become and will continue to become an international sports psychology and training in the field of psychology research topics. But on the domestic nationwide fitness campaign with the National Mental Health of the lack of systematic research studies and in-depth analysis,This study will be college teachers as an example of this field for some in-depth research,To fully tap and a nationwide fitness campaign to play the psychological function of the national psychological quality of the information provided.In this study, Changchun City College teachers to study their physical training and psychological health of the questionnaire, Physical Exercises from any of the participants, frequency, timing and intensity of these areas using the symptom checklist of 624 college teachers mental health investigation, through literature, a questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics for the study, the results showed :1. Changchun City College of male teachers mental health better than female teachers, 35 teachers under the age of 56 and over the age of the teachers in the mental health and good training habits in general between the ages of 36~55 The middle-aged teachers.2. Participate in physical training of teachers in addition to the hostile,biased outside mental health generally better than not participate in physical training teachers.3. 3-4 times per week to participate in physical exercise is better than 1-2 times and five times or more than five times.4. Every 30-60 minutes continuous exercise is better than less than 30 minutes and 60 minutes.5. Each exercise intensity to the secondary effect of sweating in other training level.
