In the corresponding period ,"Teaching, researching, learning" forms a organization system of circulation. So, "research" is the key of a teacher's independent development, "learning" is the guarantee of realization teachers'independent development .Along with foundation education reform continuously thorough, the slogan of " prosper school basing on research " is being more and more loud and clear.
