Demand and motive of teacher development are always creating in the teaching career"teaching"is not only teachers'"field"of the teaching activity, but also is the students'"source"of questions bringing forward. Therefore"teaching"comes to a decision for teachers'independent professional contents of the development."research"arouses from"teaching", consequentially at the time of" researching", it helps the teachers to pass to "learn" to expand their knowledge, then provides science energy for" research" , finally return to "teaching", helps the students work out problems. In the corresponding period ,"Teaching, researching, learning" forms a organization system of circulation. So, "research" is the key of a teacher's independent development, "learning" is the guarantee of realization teachers'independent development .Along with foundation education reform continuously thorough, the slogan of " prosper school basing on research " is being more and more loud and clear. But the actual circumstance is, most stays around oral, little falls to the earth. Its reasons are certainly various, but there is an importance one, that is they can not pick out the right research way in keeping with school characteristics. The junior high school teachers undertake heavy education teaching mission, availably exaltation of education teaching quality is their urgent request. Fresh and clear pertinence and strong actual effect real are obvious characteristics of scholastic education research. That kind of the research which leaves no effective demand empty is not the interest of teachers'. Only that kind of research set out from the effective demand, take work out actual problem of education can be accepted by larger teachers.This thesis uses questionnaire and interview talk method, to investigate common senior high school physics the teacher's ability of education research,including of choosing an argument,designing plan,putting plan into practice,writing production ability, four aspects, carry on investigating to see which layer their ability to be, what problem they meet in the research, which factors baffle the development of their teaching research ability. In the mean time indirectly find out the actuality of research that bases on school developing. By analyzing the problems of the physics teacher's teaching research ability, contrasting with their research environment, put forward some suggestions that of more pertinence and easy reception.
