In recent years, with the development of our country’s teachers education reform and the implementation of the basic education curriculum reform in China, promotes the traditional teacher role and teacher education teaching work are undergoing profound changes. The teachers’ professional development mor and more become the focus of attention and new direction of teachers.And the booming of the idea that teachers become researchers brings opportunity to the development of teachers’ specialization.research-oriented teacher is an inevitable stage of teacher development, it has become target and an effective way to teachers’ professional development. Currently, it is the condition of Gradually implementing the new curriculum reform and The concept of the science research developing the school and the education is in strongly advocated, It is particularly important to the development of research-oriented teacher.In the first place, from the point of current basic education curriculum reform and teachers’ professional development, put forward the necessity and profound meaning of the Junior high school research-typed teachers growth and development; On the one hand is that the experienced traditional teachers is faced with the challenge of basic education course reform; On the other hand is that the research typed teachers is a new role for teacher professional development needs. And on this basis, through the literature at home and abroad were reviewed and summarized and analyzed. And discuss the interpretation of the Junior high school research-typed teachers, and discuss the features and characteristics of scientific research they have done.Secondly, in the point of teacher professional development, the researcher takes an example of three Junior high schools in Ankang municipality, Shaanxi province, mainly adopts the Questionnaire survey, literature research method to study. Making a practical investigation for the region of Junior school research typed teachers current situation development. And found that existing many problems and analysis the main reasons of the development. understand the existing problems of research-typed teachers in the development in three Junior high schools in Ankang municipality, in order to study the factors which restrict the development of the Junior high school research-typed teachers,subjective reasons: lack of understanding of education scientific research; the teachers’ professional quality is low; the teachers’ job burnout psychology; Objective reasons: the negative impact of the exam-oriented education thought; the disadvantages of teacher training; the education scientific research lack of the attention of the school; the local education sector support is not strong enough.Finally, respectively from the based on the teacher’s own development, the school gives support and attention, improve the reasonable education scientific research these three specific aspects in this security mechanism, put forward the concrete strategy about the development of the middle school research-typed teachers.We put forward the corresponding strategies, in order to provide beneficial enlightenment for the development and professional level of teachers.
