At present, the agriculture and the countryside economy are facing with the heaviest changes, such as the change from the traditional "agricuture, farmer and countryside" to the modern " agricuture , countryside and farmer", the change from the "small scale agriculture" to the "large scale agriculture", etc. In order to complete these changes, the most important mission is to improve the peasant labor's quality and to cultivate more skilled peasant who are good at management and administration. That requires the peasant full realization of market, science and technology, competition and the competition ability. Only depending on the ordinary education, to qualify the peasant to possess these qualities seems impossible, but the countryside professional skill education is a good solution.In this thesis, at first, the new situation of the agriculture and the countryside economy development are analysed from MILUO city . Also, the relationship between the countryside professional skill education and the countryside economy development is expounded. Following, the huge potential demand for the countryside professional skill education and its infinity growing future are pointed out. However, at present, the countryside professional skill education is in an extremely miserable condition. It doesn't mean that the countryside does not need the countryside professional skill education. The only reason is that the existing countryside professional skill education cannot adapt to the new situation of the agriculture and the countryside economy development, further, it cannot meet the countryside education market demands.In the thesis, the problems existing in the countryside professional skill education and the reasons which bring them are expounded by the following 5 aspects: (1)the morbid system of running a school and the rigid mode of running a school. (2)the weak service realization . (3)the worse teaching qualification. (4)the education outlay's lack, blocked investment channel and unreasonable utilization of the education resource. (5) the difficulty in recruiting students, keeping teacher and employment.Finally, the solutions to these problems are researched. The research points out that in order to adapt to the new situation of the agriculture and the countryside economy development, the countryside professional skill education has to complete the following tasks well: (1)forming a diversified system of running a school, founding a life profession education frame, doing well the "two proof" communication task, and changing the mode of running a school. (2) serving well for the " agricuture , countryside and farmer", the enterprises and the students. (3) improving teaching qualification from full aspects: the teacher team build, reforming courses' configuration, adding apparatus, construction of the education base and the moral education, moreover, increasing the students' profession ability. (4) enlarging government investment, broadening investment channels, and optimizing utilizable resource. (5) paying more attention to recruiting students and employment, and extricating from the difficulty situation.
