Study On The Formation And Counter-measures In The Model Of Sports Talents Cultivation Of Six Competitive Sports Schools Attached To High Physical Education Institutes In China

Since new China is founded, system of talented Athletes Cultivating which formed on planned economy has made large contribution to athletic sports. But more and more problems of the system of talented athletes cultivating of our country, which restrict the development of Chinese athletic sports, have been exposed along with transferring from planned economy to socialism market economy. Nowadays, with the reform of management system and development of laws and legislations of athletic sports, more and more higher colleges, social enterprises, public institutions and individuals take part in talented athletes cultivating, which have formed a oppositional and mutual competitive pattern. The six competitive sports schools, after 30 years development, have formed the unique personnel training characteristic gradually, appeared the formidable vitality, created a new path in training the high quality athletic talent and received the numerous experts, scholar's affirmation. At this point, competitive sports schools play a vital role in reforming of cultivating talented athletes. This article researches model of sorts talents cultivation of competitive sports schools and reviewing the three period of developing history based on surveying six competitive sports schools attached to Beijing University of Physical Education, Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, Wuhan Institute of Physical Education, Chengdu Institute of Physical Education and Xian Institute of Physical Education and applying the method of literature, experts interview and On-the-spot investigation, statistics and logic, system analysis. The three period are listed as follows: newly forming and exploring period (1979-1987); developing period (1988-2000); adjusting and redeveloping period (2001- ). Furthermore, the article analyses the characteristic of current model of cultivating athletics which has balanced the learning and training and is the important approach to move forward the sports of our country, and analyses opportunities and challenges of competitive sports school and then brings forward the countermeasure of developing the cultivating model, such as: intensifying the recognizing the goal of fostering talents; clearing rights and duties of the competitive sports school; perfecting the investment and allocating layout; making the tripartite model of"teaching-training-researching"become the cultivating pattern.
