The administration of moral education is not only an organic part of school administration, but also a very important content of it. It is a moved, developed and organic process. It relates to all the factors of moral education. The administration of moral education in vocational senior high schools shows the quality of the vocational senior high school. Face to the changes of the social environment and morality and axiology, continue to the past administration of moral education in vocational senior high school, it appears many new features. Therefore, it is important to improve the real result of moral education theoretically and practicably to investigation the problems in the vocational senior high school. We can see there is little paper to discuss the administration of moral education in vocational senior high school in Baotou area by reading many researches. So it is necessary to research the administration of moral education in vocational senior high school in Baotou area.Based on the predecessors'researches, this paper not only formulates the meaning of administration of moral education in vocational senior high school, but also investigates the vocational senior high school. By means of questionnaire, interview and observe, thinking the actuality of the administration. Through the investigations of the actual administration finds some problems as following: (1)The ideology of the administration can't accord with the direction and level of run a vocational school;(2)The main power of the administration of moral education --- the teachers that few of experience in administration are immature;(3)The student s'qualities in the vocational school increase the difficult of the administration; (4)Ignored the students'principal part in the administration;(5)Ignored the vocational morality in the teaching;(6)Can't formulate a network of the school,the family and the society;(7) The appraise system of the administration aren't perfect. Analyzes the deeply cause of these problems, the social factors,the familial factors and the scholastic factors are the main affecters.Following the rule of the moral education in vocational senior high school, the administration has its particularity. Its object is taking up an occupation, its contents are emphasizing morality in vocation and its management is diversity. So we should try our best to realize the different ways of administration.The paper was based on the theoretical analysis and combined the feature in Baotou area, The idiographic countermeasures are the following: Renew the ideologies of administration, exert the administrators'action, cultivate teachers, and cultivate students'principal part, and formulate a network of the society,the family and the school , and construct a scientifically appraise system of the administration of moral education. This research is in order to provide some important and new ideas to the administration in Baotou area.
