With the construction of social market economy and becoming one member of WTO, our country has more speeded up the progress into the world. There are more requests that the quality and technique be needed of various practical type persons by our society. The vocational and technical education is now facing great opportunities and challenging, which builds up practical type persons. It is essential that the administration of the vocational and technical education should be reformed and enforced to meet new situation. Under this social background, in order to meet social asks the significant project on the living and development of our vocational and technical education is selected as a researching object, the administration of the vocational and technical education. Employing the systematic method, comparative research method the state of the administration of vocational and technical education of our country , Germany, America and Australia is analyzed. At the same time, through studying and exploring the problems and reasons of the administration of our vocational and technical education, the paper summarizes and analyzes the administration state, characteristics and reference experience.On this basis, the paper mainly relates the countermeasures of our administration of vocational technical education, including new concepts of our vocational technical education, uniting its object, constricting its model and innovating its systems and so forth.The dissertation is made up of four parts. The first mainly determines the concept of the administration of the vocational and technical education and relates its researching necessity. The second deeply explores the state of the vocational and technical education. And the third mainly studies the administration, characteristic and experience of the vocational and technical education in above four countries. Finally, facing our problems, some countermeasures and administration models are suggested, innovating administration systems.
