In China's college entrance examination, not only the population of taking part in the examination is numerous and the scale is huge, but it is a very competitive selection examination, which is called a tremendous social-impact test, so the college entrance examination has become a social concern and a hot topic of discussion. However, for a long time, our school education ,personnel training, selection and evaluation, as well as college entrance examination system, in essence, is deeply affected by the traditional theory of intelligence (IQ theory), and the preparation of the test subjects is still essentially the nature of the intellectual test ,which mainly tests the ability of individual memory, verbal comprehension, logical reasoning ability, as well as the understanding of academic knowledge and application capabilities. These capabilities still belong to the traditional intelligence quality, therefore the existing entrance examination system exists some malpractices including the relatively single talent evaluation dimensions, the relatively single talent evaluation tools, taking a single approach of enrollment and so on. It failed to take into account students' talent, so there are still something that can not take the initiative to adapt to social development and the quality of talent and capacity requirements in terms of structure. It is necessary for us to carry out the profound reforms on the college entrance examination system.But, the talented person type as well as the person's ability is diverse. The modern intelligence theory has proposed the new definition of intelligence. It has also provided the theory basis for the renewal of talented person view and education philosophy, the improvement of the talent evaluation and method, and the enrollment system of college entrance examination. This article has attempted to analyze the disadvantages of the existing college entrance examination system through the point of the modern intelligence theory especially in the Multi-dimensional Intelligence Theory and the Successful Intelligence Theory, and referred to our country's national condition, and learned from the experiences of other countries, then proposed the establishment of the multi-dimensional talent evaluation system and changed the situation of "the college entrance examination decides lifelong". Then I propose the implement of taking test many times and the establishment of diverse student individual material as the basis, Simultaneously I advocate to separate the enrollment with the entrance examination, to expand the two-way choice between the school and students, to display individual manager and the individuality fully, and to raise diverse talented person as the measure of improving the college entrance examination system.
