Study On Differentiated Management Of China Esport Game 2007

The development of Electronic Sport (ES) in China is in an institutional adjustment phase at present, and the sports events of ES needs a more normalized and rationalized form. Thus the key to fullfill the goal of sports events is to take correct management mode.The dissertation is about a research on Differentiated Management method using in the sports events in all four cities( Wuhan, Xi'an, Changchun and Shaoxing) of China Esport Games (CEG) 2007, based on the means of literature consultation, interview , on-the-spot investigation, logic analysis and comparative analysis. Through this investigation, we can get a overall understanding of CEG, including the development and status quo of ES in some countries and areas and the details of management of CEG 2007. The idea and method of Differentiated Management on sports events is brought forward, estimated and analyzed through introducing the event management flowsheet frame into sports events management of CEG 2007. The results show that the research on Differentiated Management in Esport games and even sports events is an innovation of this domain. Esport games events will acclimated the development and changes of it. And Differentiated Management method will play different roles in each link of Esports game events.
