With the rapid development and influence of Internet Technology, great changes have bean taking place in educational areas, which is heading foreducational information times quickly. As a most important newly media——internet, it is a rather complicated process to integrate the media into education, especially in developing regions. One of the study purposes is to find out the limited elements of the process.Through on-site investigation and school questionaire, this study has found that most of teachers have some knowledges about the concept of information education thanks to eduacational administration. On the other side, all teachers don't have enough enthusiasm in internet and multimedia teaching in their jobs, althouth internet has taken great advantages over teathing. Therefore, informatization of education in developing rural regions is just beginning, and it is limited by many elements, such as weak ecconomic basis, traditional and obstinate ideas, national education evaluation and deficient of IT talents. The most important purpose of this study is to analyse the elements and think about relationship between eduacation and internet,.
