Creative thinking skill is the core of creative ability. Training students' creative thinking is essential to the education of carrying out creative notivation. At the same time, small-sized teaching is a bold try of current educational reform, which is both significant and has a long- history background. The researcher conveyed a research by means of experiments. Study tools consist of Questionnair from "Creative Thinking Tests"by Zheng Richang and Xiao Beiling from Psychology department of Beijing Normal University, "Learning Ability Tests" by Ge Minggui from Anhui Normal University and self- made creative thinking training materials. The research is divided into three parts: the study of pupils' current creative thinking situation, the efficiency study of pupils' creative training in small-sized classes teaching atmosphere and the efficiency difference study of creative thinking traming. Here are the results.The development of pupils' creative thinking in small-sized classes is obviously better than that in regular classes by terms of fluency, flexibility and uniqueness.Creative thinking training has a positive effect on pupils in both small-sized classes and regular classes, the first more obvious. In addtion, the experiment also contributes to the development of the learning ability in Maths and Chinese . Pupils in small-sized classes are superior to the others.The efficiency of small-sized classes pupils' creative thinking ability is relatively linked to the training hours. It shows a positive effect when the experiment has been done for five weeks, and the result is distinguishing when for over ten weeks.The development of pupils' creative thinking in fluency, flexibility and uniqueness are different among pupils of different sexes and grades in the experiment.
