This study set down a series of survey questionnaires about mathematics learning strategies of senior high school students. Through self-designing questionnaires and other questionnaires revised, this paper made a study on the characteristics of students' learning strategies and the relationship between them with thinking style and achievement goal orientation. The results showed as following: (1) Senior high school students' learning strategies consist of mathematics metacongnitive strategy, mathematics cognitive strategy and resource management strategy. (2) There are significant grade differences. The participants of grade 1 and grade 2 are better than grade 3 in using the above three strategies, and those of grade 1 and grade 2 have no obvious differences. (3) In using metacongnitive strategy, there are obvious gender differences. Boys are better than girls, but mathematics cognitive strategy shows no gender differences. (4) There are significant differences in different classes, and major class students are better than those of non-major class in using mathematics learning strategies. (5) Mathematics learning strategies have a linear relationship with the scores. The regression analysis shows the standard regression coefficient is 0.698 and coefficient of determination is 0.487. (6) Among the thinking styles, students with legislative style get the highest scores; those with conservative style have the lowest scores. (7) Among the thinking styles, there are significant correlation of judicial style, legislative style, hierarchical style and global style with mathematics learning strategies. (8) Mathematics learning strategies show a significant linear correlation with the scores in the scales of achievement goal orientation. They are also strongly correlated with mastery approach. These prove that there is a significant correlation between achievement goal orientation and mathematics learning strategies. The further study on the multiple regression analysis of achievement goal orientation and mathematics learning strategies shows that mastery approach orientation enters regression equation. The standard regression coefficient is 0.596, and coefficient of determination is 0.355.
