Secondary vocational education is closely linked with social economy. The modern technical education of our country, which began in the 1980s, has undergone a transition from prosperity to decline, and revived in the 21st century. Currently it is at a point of transitional and yet recovering and speedy development. Though facing this new development opportunity, most vocational schools in transformation are sharing numerous problems such as irrational faculty structure, a grave shortage of faculty, particularly of "double-skilled teachers", unstable faculty and failure to bring into full play the faculty's initiatives and creativities. The problem lies mainly in the lack of a reasonable motivation mechanism to attract, stabilize, cultivate, and motivate the faculty of the secondary technical school. In view of this, this thesis focuses on the motivation mechanism, having an analysis of stimulative strategies of G school, specifically including (1)an analysis of the basic condition of G school faculty in transformation, including its structure, mobility and mentality; (2) analyzing the present motivation mechanism, mostly the problems and causes of the personnel system, pay management, performance evaluation, faculty training, culture stimulation and so on;(3)presenting an incentive program for faculty with corresponding strategies and measures to tackle the above-mentioned problems; (4) the course of implementation of stimulative plans towards the teacher and the problems needing settled like cognitive unity, communicative and selective interaction, conceptual problems and systematic perfection.By reason of this problem, this thesis has put forward a complete motivation program and the theories behind it with the purpose to help construct, adjust and improve the motivation mechanism for vocational schools of the same kind.
