In recent years, poor college students have gradually become a special group in campus, and the number is constantly increasing. Domestic studies on this issue mostly focus on the establishment of funding system to solve their material poverty, while studies on their interpersonal relationship, especially on interpersonal problems of college students are relatively few. However, the poor college students in the interpersonal relationships of the various puzzles, which generated by interpersonal relationships more psychological problems. If we can not receive timely and appropriate help, these problems not only affect their interpersonal relationships, and may even their mental health, attitude to life have a serious impact.This paper concerns on the group, Qiqihar University in the final-year students to study non-target in the survey, based on a targeted part of students to choose an in-depth interviews. From the dormitory contacts, exchanges between classes, teacher-student interaction, family contacts and exchanges between heterosexual contacts and networks in these six basic areas of poor college students to understand the interpersonal exchanges between the status quo.Its analysis of the characteristics of interpersonal relationships: interpersonal purpose , interpersonal exchanges between the relatively narrow scope, interpersonal initiative is not strong, people tend to form multiple contacts. Further from the family environment, school environment, social environment and poverty-stricken college students in their own analysis of the four factors affecting poor students interpersonal factors. Through the above study concluded: poor university students interpersonal relationships as a whole in good condition; poverty that affect the poor college students the importance of interpersonal factors, poverty to a certain extent, limited the poverty-stricken students of interpersonal relationships; compared with the non-poor students, poverty Students have a cognitive bias more easily, often underestimate their ability to face their own poverty, most of the people calm self-reflection, you can correct treatment of their status and have the courage to overcome difficulties and confidence. Finally, the issue raised four-point proposal: establish a correct understanding and overcome obstacles to exchanges; improve their own quality, increase exchanges between the ability to improve family education and a healthy personality; colleges and universities play a role, and optimize the campus environment.
