| A new basic education curriculum reform has been spread out fully in our country, which is the largest one in the seven curriculum reform intensity since the founding of our country. In 2001 the Ministry of Education has established primary and secondary schools " The standard of Physical education (1-6) Physical education and Health (7-12) courses " (hereinafter referred to as "standards"). Anhui Province in 2002 for the district (county, city), the voluntary declaration, the municipalities recommended on the basis identified in Anhui Province and the basic education curriculum reform experimental zone. 2004 West Anhui revolutionary areas (hereinafter referred to as old) elementary, middle initial grade all entered the new basic education curriculum experiments.This paper researches the implementation of current situation in old rural junior middle schools, identify existing problems and proposed counter measures by documents, questionnaire surveys, interviews and other research methods, The results show that: (1) Rural junior middle schools old "standard" implementation of the late start, the low level implementation. (2) Old leadership rural junior middle schools, teachers of "standard" low awareness, students of low "standard" way awareness. (3) Old established on the county level school the P.E. management system, but higher subjective and not enough intensity sector management, management disconnection seriously. Physical education management of internal school are made by leadership of major physical education and the P.E. teachers. the majority of schools did not assume leadership of the the P.E. management responsibility. Some schools lack of teachers should be teaching supervision. (4) "Physical education and health courses" has better rate classes, but the rate of weekly classes is not ideal. "Physical education and health courses" teaching content are chosen by a greater impact on facilities and equipment. Physical education content, teaching classes and materials selection are still in a single form. Most teachers still use traditional methods of learning value. (5) Teaching is not a high degree of standardization, professor of the theory of the situation is not ideal. (6) "Physical education and health courses" are popular in the in high school students . Students are unsatisfied with the equipment and selected "Physical education and health courses "teaching content. (7) Teachers in "standard" training effectiveness is not significant, teachers are in a lower level of research. (9) The funding of Rural old junior high school physical education are very short, funding channels are very little. Physical education facilities and equipment configurations are comparatively poor.By this view of these problems, made the following Suggestions: (1) Further updates the concepts of education, intensify the propaganda efforts of " the standard of physical education and health Course " (2) Perfect physical education management system and strengthen supervision of reform on" Sports and Health Course". (3) Raising the position of the physical education and health courses " (4) Strengthen the development and utilization Of physical education Curriculum resources (5) Strengthen the textbooks of physical education curriculum (6) Strengthening teacher ranks (7) Establish scientific students evaluation system . |
