In this paper, using literature data,surveys,expert interviews,statistics and logic analysis research methods, the Jiaodong Peninsula in Shandong Province Traditional Sports (athletic and file) High School after-school athletic training status study found problems, explore reasons for the building of reasonable The after-school athletics training system to the viability of the recommendations to promote after-school training school for the healthy development.
