Professional development of teachers is not only a hot issue in international educational research and practice, but also a major trend of the teacher education development under the background of the reform of basic education in China.Thereby, "promoting professional development of teachers" has become a common sense of many educators.During the pursuit of the promotion of professional development of teachers, teacher education is an important way to promote professional development of teachers. In China, it is the normal universities who take the responsibility of cultivating teachers. And the main teaching task of normal universities who help students grow to be professional teachers is cultivating future students. During the pursuit of the promotion of professional development of teachers, the stage of training professional skills is no doubt an unavoidable period. Since the professional development of students before getting to work at normal universities is an important stage, in what way should students develop their professional studying? What direction should students look forwords? How should students promote their own professional development? What system should the normal universities provide to support their students for their "pre-professional development of teachers"? All these are what we are seriously concerned with.The pre-professional development of students majored in Chinese at the normal universities refers to a changing and developing phase of the career of teachers, which changes from the role of"students"to the role of "teachers". The author's study tries to use the concept of " teachernization " to summarize this phase. The process of " teachernization " for students majored in Chinese is also the process from "students" to "teachers". During this process, the students'inherent concepts, knowledge, and capability all constantly develop.This study selects the "qualitative research" as the guide, taking case study as the specific form. The author, through the participation of the research context, tries to enter the real life of a student named A majored in Chinese at a normal university, makes meticulous observation, and collects the objective and comprehensive data, to intend to reveal the process of the student's"teachernization"in the way of "careful description" and restoring the story. Such research is not pursuing a conclusion which can be put into practice universally, has no intention of building a grand theory, but hopes that through this study , it can raise the readers'sentiment and resonance, and let them care and think about the issue of students'" teachernization "at normal universities.On the basis of settling and analyzing the data collected during the research, with the reference of the achievements of teachers'professional development, the paper has selected educational concepts, professional knowledge, and teaching skills to record the process of this student's " teachernization ", in a bid to show the process from " student" to " teacher " with its detailed experience and related scenarios. In the aspect of educational concept, the author selects the student A's concepts towards role, teachers, students, and teaching, observes their dynamic changes, and makes out that the change in the concept of professional education is the base of students majored in Chinese at the normal universities. In the aspect of professional knowledge, the author selects cultural knowledge, subject knowledge, teaching knowledge, and tacit knowledge, researches the four points carefully, and believes that the mastering of knowledge is the foundation. In the aspect of teaching skills , the author selects and studies the language skills, lesson preparation skills, organizational skills, and assessment skills, then concludes that the formation of the skills is the guarantee.
