Education in minority areas takes a key position in China's education reform and the tide of education progress. School culture as a delicate area is often ignored in Education, but it also gives an inconsiderable influence on education in schools. School culture is the cradle of the main life, so rich and colorful school cultures will provide adequate nutrition for their development. At the same time, people can highlight their life personality and promote all aspects of school improvement and development.In the wave of school construction, the implementation of school reforms by focus on different education levels, which reflects the concerns by education policy makers and researchers. Education reforms mostly interest in the common problems, but also pay attention to regional and national cultural factors which led to special problems, such as few national cultural heritages in curriculum and school activities. Even minorities strive to preserve their national culture in schools, but it also lacks of space and survival atmosphere. And it is the fundamental reason of lag behind.However, mostly researches are on the background of school culture, and it is about static and stable environment. Most researches failed to attaching importance to people and the environment, the society, as well as the interaction with the environment, and their different roles played in culture construction. At the same time educational environment in mountainous areas can not be protected, which exacerbated the imbalance in educational development. But minority schools did not subject to the backward; it stimulates the local people's desires for progress. In fact, with the society progress and convenient source of information, even in the remote mountain village, they can also experience the world change. Minority Students in the school received various cultures and contradictions. Students in the process of dredging the cultural context and find their own multi-culture ownership as the education premise, which makes them achieve national identity. Students accept the changing environment and living content as while as value orientation; all of this call attention and play an important role in the long-term school development.This paper analyzed from the school culture building of minority regions of the secondary school, found the problems in schools of basic education and variety ethnic factors coexist in school building. Later the paper analyzed the impact factors of school culture building. In this paper, in the first chapter defines the concept of minority secondary schools, school culture and national culture. Concerned the multi-ethnic coexistence in minority area, taking on field research in numbers of minority secondary school ,and get a large number of literature at first hand, supplemented by interviews, questionnaires, and other methods; Chapter two analyzed the Ideological basis of minority secondary school, which provide ideological support to solving problems; Chapter three is concern about minority secondary school from the following three aspects, from material culture of the school culture, systematic cultural and spiritual system aspects on current school situation; Chapter four is concern about minority secondary school from a number of factors, such as economy in the minority regions, cultural conflict, choose and inheritance of education itself, school building and the pursuit of its own and communities integrate the culture; the fifth chapter aims at minority secondary issues which rose as cultural and ecological construction, it integrates the multiple school culture at last and maintain sustainable development of school. In this paper, investigations and researches makes writer know the status of the minority secondary schools, but more clearly know the prospect of school culture building and with the hope of arousing attention on school development from more school construction researchers.So the school culture is based on school tradition with the current school situation, and also seeks development, then constantly regulate with the surrounding environment to reaching a harmony state. Facing the traditional characteristics of the school current situation, it is also a process of school self-liberation and self-regulation, and with the three-dimensional trend of the dynamic development. This study takes research on the construction of minority secondary school culture, in order to find ways to the culture explanations, filtering, and accepted, and integration of external verification. All the researches can take us convinced that"school culture can promote school development"in the end.
