Design And Implementation Of The College Public Political Theory Courses' Network Study Platform

Teaching based on network is very universal with the development of information technology and its growing application in education and the advancement of "connections of schools to schools" in our country. The public political theory courses in colleges face rigorous challenge today; it must be reformed as the traditional teaching mode is not able to suit the requirement of the times. The prominent problems need to be resolved in the education reform of current public political theory courses are as follows: how to make use of the advantage of network, relying on the excellent quality network resources, overcoming the disadvantage of traditional teaching, to increase the teaching direction, attraction and effect of the public political theory courses, to shape the network learning mode of students-centered gradually.Following the process of curriculum reform, this paper carries out the requirement investigation and analysis; proposes the whole design scheme; taking the "Outline of the Chinese recent and modern history" as an example, carefully designs the function models of the platform, and fulfills the realization of the platform using the technology of ASP.NET and SQL Server; tests the platform in a small range and have a good result.The thesis is divided into six parts as follows:Chapter one is the Exordium. In this part, we mainly argue the importance of this research. Some important questions such as: the background of this research, the reason for this research, the present situation of the research, the content of this research, and the technical route of the platform etc.Chapter two is about the public political theory courses. In this part, we mainly elaborate its characteristics, teaching objectives, reform process and challenges it faced.Chapter three is about the requirement investigation and analysis of the platform. In this part, we mainly design the questionnaire and do the survey, then analysis the data, access to the users' requirement as the basis of the design.In chapter four, we design the models the platform required and give detailed function introduction of each model on the base of requirement analysis.Chapter five is about the developing and implementation of the platform. In this chapter we mainly introduce the realized function and the relative code.In chapter six, the present writer further expounds the confirmed function the platform has realized after testing, and gives perspective of the designed platform with a frank exposure of the present weakness in design and development.
