Human society already strides into 21 centuries , feels more upright, as performing more between challenge, all the countries in the world and every nation being confronted with new technological revolution owing to the high technology economic competition. But, number discipline occupies peculiar position in the quality developing a high and new technology and training skilled personnel and rise nationality. As a matter of fact, training the self-monitoring ability on mathematics is training the students' self-consciousness cultivating the habit and ability of self-evaluation about mathematics activities and teaching the students how to correct and control the methods and skills during the studying process. After re-examining mathematics learning processes, we would argue that the fostering of students' self-monitoring abilities is the key to improve their learning abilities.On main secondary theory and application, oneself monitors the main body of a book face to face in recent years studying the development condition studying doing a few recollect and think deeply that. This essay expounds the meaning, contents of self-monitoring, and the structure of self-monitoring on mathematics learning, the principles, method, the teaching model, teaching strategy and main ways of fostering self-monitoring. In the light of theory of the self-monitoring learning ability cultivation in mathematics learning processes and Zimmerman's cyclic model of self-regulated learning, the author has undertaken several practical experiments in order to explore the possibilities of improving students' mathematics learning abilities through training of self-monitoring abilities.Document data having looked up a great quantity in the project in the thesis writing, the boundary fixes the relevance concept and principle. Has adopt a document to study law , the experiment study law , case study law are in progress studying , made use of experiment having done a great quantity in middle school teaching forefront advantage to study, the gains result has an authenticity. Analyzing the outcomes of those experiments, we can draw the following conclusions:(1)The training of the self-monitoring abilities does help to improve student's mathematics learning ability:(2)Self-evaluation plays a key role in fostering the self-monitoring learning ability;(3)The enhancement of the self-monitoring ability in mathematics solving problem depends on that the learner of problem-solving is good at to apply "heuristic word" of Polya and sum up "heuristic words" of myself;(4)The communication between members of a mathematical study group is the driving force for theimprovement of the self-monitoring learning ability.Thesis characteristic and place of being innovative: Have set forth the rationale that oneself monitors systematically, from science demonstration angle has carried out the series monitoring an ability about that the student learns from oneself studying. Make use of self experiment having done a great quantity in middle school mathematical education forefront advantage to study, the gains result has the authenticity, scientificalness.
