| Since the 21st century, the Chinese government has been paying great attention to the course of publicity and also the cultivation of communication talents, and hence the higher education of film and television art has aroused a wide range of attention not only from domestic academic members and even from the whole society.The major of radio and TV directing was founded in Northeast Normal University of China in 2000. In March 2004, the university applied a project of building a study-research-production interactive education system in the major of radio and TV directing and hosting, which has progressed so much these days that in setting courses for graduates, in bachelors'co-invention after graduation, the project has gained some outcomes and has put them into practice. At present, however, it focuses on the study and application of research and production, and also on teachings and practice in post-graduates.This article, which starts from the union of radio & television art education and the study-research-production project, based on the related theories in education and psychics, has analyzed the study-research-production cooperation teaching style, and I personally am bold enough to make a lot of adventurous and yet reasonable hypothesis and discussions in it.I have applied several research methods such as analyzing, analogue, deduction and so on. Firstly I put forward the academic definition of the study-research-production teaching style, discussing the relationship of them three. Secondly I brief the characteristics of radio & television art subject, combining the study-research-production teaching style with it, and therefore conclude the appropriate teaching style and practical application way in this major. Finally, I summon to exert the special advantages of our normal education, and assume that we shall cultivate comprehensive art talents, in hopes of offering some guidance to the sustained development of the art major in Northeast Normal University of China.
