This research was using a self-compiling questionnaire of perceived teacher's attitude and SCL-90 to test the perceived teacher's attitude by middle school students and the mental health of them. The subjects were 255 middle school students. The aim is exploring the difference of perceived teacher's attitudes by the students from divorced families and from intact families, and the relation between perceived teacher's attitude and the mental health of the students from divorced families.The research result has found:1. The students from divorced families and the students from intact families perceived the teacher's positive attitudes to the students of divorced quite differently. Students from divorced families perceived the teacher's positive attitudes to the students of divorce less significantly than the students from the intact families.2. The students'scores of SCL-90 Subscale Others from divorced families and intact families have shown quite differently, which says that the students of divorce experience more mental problems of Others. The students'scores of SCL-90 Subscale Depressions from divorced families and intact families have nearly shown significant differences, which means the students of divorce experience more depressions than the students from intact families.3. The total scores of the perceived teacher's attitude by the students of divorce negatively related with the their scores of the Subscale Interpersonal Sensitivity, which shows the students of divorce who perceive more positive attitude and deed from their teacher have few mental problems in Interpersonal Sensitivity. The teacher's negative attitude to the students of divorce that perceived by the students from divorced families positively related significantly with their total scores of SCL-90, their scores of the Subscale Interpersonal Sensitivity, Anxiety, Phobia Anxiety, Paranoid ideation, Psychoticism, and their scores of positive symptom suffering level, which means that the more teacher's negative attitude to the students of divorce have perceived by the students from divorced families, the worse their mental health levels are, and the more mental problems they have in Interpersonal Sensitivity, Anxiety, Phobia Anxiety, Paranoid ideation, Psychoticism, meanwhile, their positive symptom suffering levels are harder too.
