Normal Colleges are the bases to cultivate talents, whose main task is to foster innovational and creative students with outstanding practice ability. As a key link, experimentation teaching is becoming a significant part of the whole innovation system of college education, In recent years, more attention has been paid to experimental teaching. From the Ministry of National Education to tertiary institutions, some positive steps have been taken in order to promote the development of experimental teaching. It depends on experimental teaching management to improve the level of experimental teaching. At present there are very few special researches on experimental teaching management, and the main achievements are some practical summaries. In this field, there is lack of theoretical research, and no high-quality monograph is published. The author tries to explore experimental teaching management in universities in the view of curriculum resources in order to enrich the theories of experimental teaching management and to give some valuable approaches and recommendations for managers.In this paper, the author mainly adopts research approaches of documentation, case analysis and questionnaire, In the course of writing, the author combines qualitative research and quantitative research, theory and practice, abstract and concrete so that the study has not only theoretical value, but also practical significance.The paper consists of five parts:Chapter one: Introduction. In this part, the author introduces the reasons of the research: the growing emphasis on experimental teaching firstly, the weak management and theoretical research of experimental teaching, inspirations from some famous scholars' research on horizons on university management from the perspective of resources, and the new experimental teaching management from the curriculum resources. Secondly, the author describes the objectives of the research on theory, practice and disciplines. Thirdly, the author gives the research methods used in the paper. Finally, the author gives an overview of the study. In this part, the author mainly analyzes the relevant researches on curriculum resources and the relevant researches on experimental teaching management in universities.Chapter two: The status of experimental teaching and its analysis. In this part, the author takes a normal college as a case to study its experimental teaching. The author investigates the status of experimental teaching from the perspective of curriculum resources, analyzes the data, and sums up the research findings.Chapter three: The basic principles and the basic contents of the system of experimentation teaching in normal colleges. First, the basic principles of it are introduced. Secondly, The basic contents of the system of experimentation teaching in normal colleges. The contents of the system of experimentation teaching in normal colleges are commented on the basis of the verdict of the investigation, the analysis of the theory connotation and practice logos.Chapter four: The indemnity of the system of experimentation teaching in normal colleges. This section proposes countermeasures for the indemnity of the system of experimentation teaching in normal collegesChapter five: Conclusion. As the last part of this paper, it is the reflection of the paper from the theoretical foundations and research methods. The theory of curriculum resources is not mature, which may make the research be in a lack of depth .The investigation in the paper is necessary, but insufficient. Then the author offers approaches and recommendations to follow-up research.
