Abstract/Summary:
Schools, as the specialized institution for training people, play a quite decisive role in education. In recent years, the state has attached great importance to education in rural areas. To enhance the educational quality in rural areas, many researchers have proposed the suggestions for building standardized schools, that is, the important part of building new socialist countryside and harmonious society, the big step for promoting the balanced development of urban and rural areas to achieve equity in education.According to the current situation of construction of primary and secondary schools in rural areas, there still exist some problems. One of the reasons is that there is not any uniform criterion and principles our country had formulated to guide the practice in constructing standardized schools. The construction of each school is established under the standard system and on the basis of the principles to some extent. Therefore, in the author's opinion, building standardized schools in rural areas during the compulsory stage should be done under the guidance of fixed principles.The full thesis is divided into three parts:Partâ… :illustrates the research background, current state, defines the relevant conception, and clarifies research subject and methods.Partâ…¡:two proposes three theories on which the principles of standardized schools construction in rural areas during the compulsory stage can be based: compulsory theory, balanced development theory, equity theory, and investigates the essence, instructions of them.Partâ…¢:at the macro-level, principles in establishing rural standardized school during compulsory education stage can be divided into three classifications: educational fund, schools development, teachers'development. Based on those, the whole system can be set up to follow the main principles.
