At present, the country is a strong proponent of vocational education, the aggressive pursuit of new rural construction, and history is the same strain, and an understanding of the past is to guide now. Exploration in many ways, rural vocational education, though rural vocational education is not the most spectacular, but we carefully analyze the complex and the most implication in the rural areas to explore vocational education factors. The author is a rural vocational education as a starting point to start the study.The first part, this paper discussed vocational education grasp the meaning of the times, thus pushing the Nationalist government in Nanjing early performances rural vocational education connotations. The second part of the National Government early development of vocational education in rural areas the main reason. The development of vocational education in rural areas and development of vocational education has some of the causes of common, namely: the promotion of the Nationalist government, the decline of vocational education and educators'inexhaustible advocate. At the same time, because of their uniqueness, and some of the causes are different, it is during this period the needs of economic development and people's awareness of changes.
