On Analysis And Strategy Of The Physique Of The Judicial Students In Inner Mongolia

This article focuses on the physique of the students in Judiciary after analyzing talents development, judicial needs and the researching results from home and aboard under the highly regard of the youths'health state and the concrete attitude of sustainable development of Secondary Vocational Education by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and under the background of the new market economy system on requiring higher standard of physique and health state of policemen and reserve policemen in Public Security Bureaus.According to measurement, questionnaire, data statistics and logical analysis, this article compared transversely the students'physique test result from Inner Mongolia Policemen College and Policemen Professional College in 2006, to the national peers of the same age level, and get a conclusion that the two groups have no obviously difference. According to the vertical comparison of the students'physique test in recent years of the two groups, conclusion has it that the physique state of the Police Colleges has no effective development, but descended a little. And according to the questionnaire to the two groups on their physical exercises, the result shows that their exercise level has a long way to go from the requirement of the Rules on Physical Requirement of College Students.Based on the above results of the researching, problems exist on the decline of the Judicial students'will power. Also the teaching method reform cannot keep pace on the development of the thinking of students, and the assessment of the students'study cannot stimulate their learning interest. All these factors influenced the whole quality of the Policemen students. In order to raise the physique state of Judicial students in Inner Mongolia, the article focuses on the principles of physique education, the important role of teachers, and the teaching reform of Inner Mongolia Policemen Colleges, to show some ways on promoting the quality of the Judicial students.After researching, analyzing and comparison, some suggestions are put forward to Inner Mongolia Policemen College, Policemen Professional Colleges, Education Administration Bureaus, Judicial Bureaus and Prison Administration. There should be emphasize on reform and creativeness, macro-regulation and talent training standard, to let the students of Inner Mongolia Policemen College adapt to the needs of judicial works in the new era.
