The new cause will train the students in the spirit innovation and capacity to practice on a prominent position. Inquiry teaching is the concept of the new curriculum teaching model. Its culture the creative ability of student's practical ability has positive significance. Inquiry described in this paper based on the theory of teaching, targeted at junior high school mathematics teaching drawbacks, the building is suitable for classroom teaching which is depend on the inquiry teaching strategies and operational procedures. I also study it in experimentation. The study in divide six steps:⑴Creating scenarios, raising questions.⑵Open thinking, to explore,⑶Study textbooks by oneself, understand the new knowledge.⑷Feedback question exchanges and cooperation.⑸To consolidate exercise, and feedback in the class teaching.⑹Generally summarized and get a summary. To implement the teaching procedure is :Teachers guide the students to review the old know ledges. Under the new goals to create scenario's and raise questions. The aim is to create the favorable conditions for innovative thinking; Teachers should advise their students to inquiry by themselves, and raising problems in their head. That will be improve the student's learning desire that also help them have a exchanges and cooperation. It has developed the student is innovative ideology and ask the different thinking through the discussion. The teacher guide the students to induce and to utilize the new knowledge. At the same time they can feedback on the spot. The student completes the situation according to the teaching goal to further summarize induces, summarizes the appraisal.The experiment indicated: The inquisition type educational model is advantageous in stimulates students study interesting, foster learning self-confidence; That is conductive to cultivate students sense of community and a spirit of cooperation. That also is advantageous in raising student's exploration spirit and the innovative ideology. That is conductive to the promotion of student learning altitude quality awareness and habits changing to the positive direction.
