Research On Development Of Vocational Education In Taojiang, Hunan

Vocational Education is an important part in our national education. China values vocational education so much that the development of secondary vocational education is put on an outstanding position to train millions of high quality technical talents to adapt to social economic development, to quicken the pace of new country construction, to provide talents guarantee for the goal of constructing affluent society.Taojiang is located in the north part of Hunan, which is a typical agricultural county. Because of the historical and natural reasons, economically and educationally, the county stands on the average and is typical in Hunan. Based on the research results of vocational education of national and international scholars and experts, according as some rules and regulations, policies and files of vocational education, by employing SWOT analytical method, this paper analyzes wholly the development procedure, current situation, Strength (Weakness) , opportunities (threat) of vocational education and presents strategic notion and development planning of quickening the pace of development of Taojiang vocational education.
