| At first, this paper made an investigation on current situation of Chinese education from view of regular education and professional education. On the second, we studied behaviors of different main bodies in investing education. Third, we analyzed Chinese educational profit rate and the effect it has on Chinese human capital. In the last three chapters, we made economic analysis to the development of basic education, higher education and professional education. With this basis, we proposed suggestions about policy to develop human capital. |
