| As the process of reform and opening-up is advancing day by day,China’s economic development is also getting faster and faster,and people’s living standards are getting higher and higher.Economic Development provides fertile land for enterprises of all forms and sizes and state-owned enterprises to compete fairly,however,the degree of marketization of the reform is insufficient,and the growing income gap is a problem that we have to face.There are many factors affecting the income gap,and the different nature of the organization results in different internal and external environments,as a result,there are different salary systems,and the source of the salary income difference is the difference of human capital and the difference of organization.But in any case,only a reduction in income inequality will allow the masses to move faster and faster on the road to well-off society.Since 1999,China has implemented the policy of expanding the enrollment of university students,which undoubtedly increases the pressure of employment.A large number of graduates have emerged from various specialties.The students of the Medical Laboratory specialty are also facing difficulties and choices in the employment issue,their Main Employment Direction is the hospital’s laboratory,in vitro diagnostic equipment dealers,tripartite testing laboratories.In order to understand the relationship between the choice of the nature of Medical Laboratory professionals employment organization and the rate of return on human capital,this paper combs through the income gap theory and the rate of return on human capital theory,this paper briefly summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars research on the rate of return on human capital,and selects and analyzes the inspection professionals who are employed in different organizations.Human capital is called "non-material capital",which refers to the accumulation of knowledge and skills formed through investment in education or medical care,and is different because of its education and age,there are also all kinds of differences in human capital.This article will use the method of questionnaire to investigate the laboratory doctors of many hospitals,the practitioners of the manufacturers and agents of the distributors of in vitro diagnostic equipment,the laboratory operations and researchers of the tripartite inspection institutions,then,using the method of comparative analysis,the collected data are sorted and analyzed according to the different influence factors according to the nature of different organizations and industries.Finally,the Minsell Wage Equation is used as the main analysis model,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the human capital return rate of different organizations and industries,in order to find out the most important factors that affect the human capital return rate.Based on the analysis of data,there is a big difference in the nature of different organizations and the income of different industries,and there is also a big difference in the rate of return on human capital.Although the education factor is the most significant part of the rate of return,the private enterprise urgently needs to improve the rate of return on education,the second important is the rate of return on work experience,the private enterprise’s rate of return is the highest.The study also found that gender is a major factor affecting the income gap,so if the gender impact on the income gap can be reduced or eliminated,then the income gap within the industry will be further reduced,it would also raise the average income of the industry.Not only is the difference in the number of years of education between the samples reduced,as the course of medical laboratory science in universities is now four years instead of five years,resulting in a decline in contrast,it is also a necessary measure to promote the development of in vitro diagnosis.This paper focuses on one major,and then carries out research in the direction of employment,focusing on the nature of organizations and industries to study the income gap and the rate of return on human capital,at the same time through the questionnaire survey method can be more accurate access to relevant professional data.In the end,it can provide effective help for the employment of medical laboratory professionals.When choosing employment,we should not only look at the nature of the organization,but also combine with our own actual situation,and finally get our own satisfactory income. |
