Measurement Of Educational Human Capital Level In Henan Province And Its Influence On Economic Growth

With the development of science and technology,human society has gradually entered the era of knowledge economy.The economic growth of educational human capital in the new era and under the new situation is becoming more and more important.In order to understand the current situation of educational human capital level in Henan Province and study its impact on economic growth in Henan Province,this paper uses the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and empirical analysis,and estimates the educational human capital level in Henan Province by using the statistical data of Henan Province over the years The contribution share and contribution rate of economic growth,and on the basis of the research conclusion,puts forward relevant policy recommendations.First of all,in order to understand the theory of educational human capital,economic growth theory and the relationship between educational human capital and economic growth,this paper refers to the works of many scholars at home and abroad,and summarizes them;this paper analyzes the average length of schooling of the educated and employed population,the construction of educational institutions and the number of students in school,the expenditure of educational funds and the average income per student in Henan Province This paper analyzes and calculates the level of educational human capital in Henan Province from the aspects of cost and the stock of educational human capital over the years in Henan Province.Then,by introducing Kaya identity and LMDI,this paper decomposes and calculates the stock of educational human capital in Henan Province,focusing on the factors of educational scale,the efficiency of educational capital construction,the efficiency of educational funds,and the efficiency of educational capital construction The contribution degree of several main factors affecting the stock of educational human capital in Henan Province,such as the factors of average student funds and the total number of students in school,to the stock of educational human capital in Henan Province over the years.The results show that the average student funding and education scale are the leading factors to promote the increase of educational human capital stock in Henan Province,and the average student funding is more significant.Although the total number of students also promotes the increase of educational human capital stock in Henan Province,the effect is not obvious,but the increase of educational fund infrastructure efficiency will inhibit the growth of educational human capital stock in Henan Province.Secondly,on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the impact of educational human capital on economic growth,this paper constructs the economic growth model of Henan Province in line with the basic conditions of Henan Province,and selects three elements,namely,material capital stock,educational human capital stock and total grain output,to empirically study the impact of educational human capital on economic growth in Henan Province.In the economic growth model of Henan Province,the factors of education scale,education funds infrastructure efficiency,average student funds and total number of students are introduced to calculate the contribution share and contribution rate of each factor to the economic growth of Henan Province.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the level of educational human capital in Henan Province is low and the growth rate is slow;(2)The unreasonable distribution of educational funds leads to the slow improvement of educational human capital;(3)The investment of educational human capital and material capital is the main factor to promote the economic growth of Henan Province.Finally,on the basis of the conclusion of this paper,the following policy suggestions are put forward for the promotion of human capital of education and economic development in Henan Province:(1)Establish an education and training system suitable for the basic situation of Henan Province;(2)We should build a perfect system of talent introduction and retention;(3)Change the concept of economic development,build a new concept of economic development,and vigorously develop education.
