It will also enable the teaching in colleges to better meet the national and social need for talents. Considering this, the author of the paper chose this subject in order to have a further discussion of the nature and root of the problem and provide constructive reference for the smooth solution of it.Through the questionnaire, the author has come to the following conclusions:1 The appearance of students with difficulties in PE is caused by various reasons such as society, family, school as well as the physical and mental conditions of the students.2. More help should be provided to such students. Priority should be given to the setting of items of PE and criteria for the assessment of students. At the same time, teachers should pay more attention to and have a better understanding of the difficulties facing the students, taking various measures to help them to accomplish their tasks. 3. We should create a friendly teaching environment in class and make the teaching content more interesting so that students can enjoy sports and be motivated.4 Overall, Colleges in Jinan ShanDong have done well in helping students with difficulties in PE, but some teachers need to reinforce their efforts in this aspect.5. Instructive work of PE should be strengthened and teachers should conduct researches of students prior to class and make students have a full understanding of the character and different items of PE class so that they can choose items more effectively and personally.
