Optimization Study Of The Structure Of Higher Education In Shaanxi

Along with the development of China's market economy and the Global International, the arrival of the information era, the need for education, specially for higher education to our society is having the deep transformation. This change is bound to the higher education system functions and structure ,which gives much higher, more requests to higher education.Higher education must be corresponding to the structure, with the needs of the community and the development of corresponding changes in the new adjustments."Tertiary structure" than higher education in the theory and practice is not a new problem, but the structure of higher education in Shaanxi is one of great theoretical and practical significance of the new study. Based on this, this study choose Shaanxi as an object with a view to optimizing the structure of higher education in Shaanxi provided to be used as reference and information theory.First of all, this paper introduced the background information that the structure of higher education in Shaanxi be optimized based on the theories related to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the comparative study of the main methods, and give a analysis of the higher education community when needs change, and the structure of higher education must make corresponding adjustments to the need for the new.Then the article analyzed the current structure of higher education in Shaanxi and the main features of the main problems of serious imbalance in the structure of higher education in Shaanxi conclusions, and Shaanxi Higher Education structural imbalances caused by the serious consequences and related reasons to do a comprehensive analysis, and last pointed out that higher education structure adjustment, establishing a rational, and optimizing the structure of system is essential to the development of higher education to adapt to social conditions.Finally, the structure of higher education abroad build upon the experience to the development of higher education "character principle" as the target, proposes to optimize the structure of higher education in Shaanxi .That the main goal should be to optimize the four: structural adjustment of higher levels of education, higher education coordinated by category structure, optimize the structure of higher education and balance the distribution and structure of higher education.
