Wang Zhuchen , an important figure in China recent education history spent almost 60 years of his life on educational activities, which mainly took place in Jining, Liaocheng, Qufu, Jinan, and other regions, promoting the development of modern education in Shandong. In the process of the education practice activities, Wang Zhuchen formed a rich and unique educational thinking, involving teaching reform, vocational education, family education, women's education, and so on, which became an important component of the theory and thinking on modern education. From the current research results on Wang Zhuchen, the research mainly concentrates on relevant historical events and issues, while the research on his Education thinking and Practice activities still remain weak links. According to the large number of historical materials collected by the author, Wang Zhuchen's Education thinking Research and Practice activities should be given sufficient attention, and in-depth study is necessary.In order to explore and study, the four parts of the full text cover the life of Wang Zhuchen, education practice and education activities conducted. The first part of the paper briefs on the times and the life of Zhu ; The second part details on Wang Zhu's major education practice, which consists of a huge amount informative materials. Wang Zhu life in the educational practice is described in a complete, realistic way to fully recreate Wang Zhuchen as an educator. The third part dwells on an in-depth excavation and research of Wang Zhuchen's educational thinking system to, to avoid the superficial description of the phenomenon. The fourth part sums up of the characteristics of Wang Zhuchen's education, thinking and makes fair assessment of Wang Zhuchen's contribution to the thinking and practice the education, and objectively describes Zhu's position in the history of education.
