| During the Zhengshi period of Wei and Jin Dynasties,Wang Bi’s metaphysical education thought caused epoch-making changes in the history of education,which ended the Confucian classics thought in the Han Dynasty and started the metaphysical style in Wei and Jin Dynasties.Starting from ontology,Wang Bi got rid of the shackles of theological superstition,broke through the shackles of traditional Confucian ideas,promoted "nature",criticized "famous religions" and pursued spiritual freedom,which opened the prelude to the integration of Confucianism and Taoism.His educational thought is a clear reflection of the times,with strong personal characteristics,which promoted the development of educational practice and thought at that time.This paper mainly studies Wang Bi’s metaphysical education thought through historical research and literature research.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part expounds the origin,purpose,significance and research methods of the research,defines the concepts of metaphysics and metaphysics education,and summarizes the academic research on Wang Bi’s metaphysics education thought.The second part combs the emergence of Wang Bi’s metaphysical educational thought,focusing on the research from the perspective of Wang Bi’s personal background and social background.Personal background,mainly from the family environment,social contacts and official experience three aspects of Wang Bi’s introduction;Socially,Wang Bi lived in the late Han Dynasty and the early Wei Jin Dynasty,where the court was dark and decadent,centralization was weakened,local separatist forces were growing,and the society was in chaos;Economically,the major economy is developing rapidly,the land is annexed,taxes are serious,and people are living in poverty;In terms of culture,today’s classical Confucian classics tend to be integrated,and the academic tradition is simplified.Scholars turn to Hyunri,and metaphysics rises.The third part presents Wang Bi’s metaphysical educational thought system from the aspects of philosophical foundation,educational goal,educational function,educational content,educational principles and educational methods.The philosophical basis of ontology runs through every part of his thought;Wang Bi wants to cultivate a saint who "achieves the nature of nature and makes all things happy",that is,a saint has no body;In terms of teacher’s view and student’s view,we should pay attention to "the merit of cultivating righteousness" and cultivate people’s natural nature,so as to achieve the role that family rules the world.The educational content of Wang Bi’s metaphysical educational thought revolves around three aspects: naturalism education,moral cultivation education and health education,and advocates inaction,self-cultivation and family harmony,emphasizing the basics and abstinence.Proceeding from the individual’s natural nature,we should pay attention to the educational principle of "being natural by nature" and "governing feelings by humanity";In the process of education,Wang Bi emphasized the educational methods of "teaching without words" and "forgetting words with pride";In terms of teachers’ view and students’ view,he advocated that teachers should be "inferior to people" and students should be active.The fourth part summarizes the characteristics of Wang Bi’s metaphysical educational thought,that is,emphasizing the naturalness,purpose and integration of education.Firstly,his educational thought is based on "nothing" and focuses on the return of individual’s natural nature.Secondly,he started from the individual,worshiped the nature,emphasized strengthening his own moral cultivation,put forward the educational goal of educating saints,and affirmed the individual value of human beings.Thirdly,his metaphysical education thought clearly reflects the characteristics of the integration of Confucianism and Taoism,and expounds the metaphysical education thought with Confucianism and Taoism.The fifth part is the value and enlightenment of Wang Bi’s metaphysical educational thought.On the basis of the above analysis,this paper summarizes Wang Bi’s metaphysical educational thought,focusing on its leading value and contemporary value in the history of Chinese education,and discusses its modern value. |
