Reserch On New Promoted University's Teaching Quality Construction Of The Internal Security System

As China's higher educational system reform changes from"elite training"to"public education", there appears a lot of local promoted universities which reformed from academies. This article has first analyzed the new promoted university's education basic characteristic and the extant quality of teaching question. That bringing about these quality of teaching problem cause is many-sided, but the most important is the new promoted university internal management system and the management pattern. In situation which exterior factor short-term changes with difficulty, the new promoted university solution quality of teaching question important way is establishes the interior quality of teaching safeguard system to rest the department as soon as possible. Thorough analysis the theory and policy of new promoted university's teaching quality safeguard system ,this research take the Systems Science and the Total Quality Management theory as the instruction, proposed the new promoted university quality of teaching safeguard system construction countermeasure. This article also uses the method of Institutional Research( is called IR), take Chongqing Universty of Science & Technology as the case, research the operatability plan of the new promoted university's teaching quality security system in the hope of making Some influence on China's new promoted university's development.
