The Reeducation Of Technical Professionals And The Innovation-centered City's Construction

Nowadays, with the rapid development of the knowledge-centered economy, the reeducation of technical professionals becomes the light of institutions and enterprises' innovation and one of important indexes marking the construction level of the innovation-centered city. Therefore, to cultivate technical professionals from all the walks of life to be talents of high quality is of practical significance in intensifying the economic strength of our nation and realizing the sustainable development of city construction.According to the general demand "establishing a whole-life educational system, founding a knowledge-centered society and constructing an innovation-centered city ", every technical professional of administrations, enterprises, institutions and social organizations should be contained in the reeducational system in order to develop this system and construct a complete development system of innovation-centered cities.The thesis contains three parts. The first part defines the reeducation of technical professionals and the innovation-centered city, this study, based on the analysis of sufficient materials and their heads are interviewed., SPSS 11.5 is used to analyze these results and the condition of professional's reeducation of 67 institutions is obtained. This analysis proves the thesis tries to demonstrate the necessity of the reeducation of technical professionals in the process of constructing innovation-centered cities by an investigation of the current condition of technical professional' reeducation in 67 institutions of Taiyuan City, based on the analysis of the process of constructing innovation-centered cities, this paper suggests On the basis of making a practical planning of city's development, more active measures must be taken to improve Taiyuan's environment in order to reach the harmony between technical professionals' reeducation and the construction of innovation-centered cities.The second part discourse upon the Role of Technical Professional's Reeducation In The Innovation-centered City's Construction from the three way of the strong intellectual support and the stable economic foundation and the fine cultural atmosphere.The third part discourse technical professional's character in The Innovation-centered City's Construction from four way of thoughts and awareness and knowledge and capability. And Taiyuan's citypresent situation of Innovation-centered City's Construction, put forward several tacitics.Conclusions are got that: there are plenty of domestic researches on technical professional's reeducation, but few of them combine their study with the innovation-centered city's construction; the system of Taiyuan's construction of the innovation-centered city has not been established yet; technical professional's reeducation is the emphasis of this system, then, the author suggests:1. Systematizing the reeducation. We ought to regard the reeducation as a systematical project. The reeducation's institution should cooperate with other social organizations extensively and intensively to form an effective cohesive mechanism and reduce the repetition, consumption and limitation of various kinds of development and thus to increase the overall benefit of development.2. Industrializing the reeducation. The reeducation should not be considered as a project of public welfare which is supported by the municipal government's devotion and social donation. Instead, we should confront the reeducation with the market to realize the sustainable development.3. Diversifying training items. We must make great efforts to develop new training items and make special and high quality series. With the extension of the reeducation, it is inevitable to establish the cooperating training mode and the open educational system. In future, we should make sure that we work hard to develop new training items and form a series of rotative training items such as cultivating, accumulating, researching and planning.4. Synthesizing training qualities. We will start a course of psychics, paying attention to the state of psychology of technical professionals. The social competition is intensified increasingly and meanwhile, the demand for professional's quality increases and the number of professionals grows.Under this circumstance, the psychological quality of technical professionals will arouse general concern all over the society. I hope our nation can achieve the success of the innovation-centered city' construction as soon as possible. A harmoniously developed society is presupposed by that the reeducational system must make sure that all the talents cultivated by schools are of use, all professions are practiced, all the people are educated and content with their life.
