Job burnout has been a focus in the job stress research. There is a growing awareness within the kindergarten teacher who are at high risk for burnout, which can't be neglect for its serious effects to health professionals and their students -baby even to our social. So it has been the important issue to find the interrelated factors of the kindergarten teacher burnout and to seek means that can alleviate it. The job burnout study of teacher is abundant abroad. Whereas the kindergarten teacher burnout was just beginning in our country and even abroad, therefore ,it was necessity to make clear the kindergarten teacher's source of job stress and the job burnout condition.The purpose of this study was to investigate the job burnout status of kindergarten teacher and explore the relationship between source of job stress , job control experience and job burnout, simultaneously to obtains the related conclusion which the kindergarten teacher professional profession various stages and the job burnout occurs.so, we can seeks the appropriate intermediary adjustment variable to affects the baby teacher's pressure reaction process, So that, it can provide references for the studies of kindergarten teachers' job burnout in domestic, and provide theoretical proof for effective interventions.The present study included three parts: (1) Analysis about the kindergarten teachers' source of job stress . The kindergarten teachers' source of job stress includes 5 dimensions: The working load; the occupation expectation; the working conditions and interpersonal relationship; the social Status and development; the children factor. The reliability and validity of established questionnaire were examined about kindergarten teachers' source of job stress.(2)To explore the relationship between the relationship between source of job stress , job control experience and job burnout ,589 subject were assessed by the kindergarten teachers' source of job stress Questionnaire, Job control experience Questionnaire and Job burnout Inventory . Mainly adopts the multi- factors variance analysis, the correlation analysis, the structure equation model carries on the data analysis and processing. (3) The Interview about kindergarten teachers' job burnout. Through 25 different categories kindergarten teachers' Interview, inspected the kindergarten teachers' job burnout to the origin of job burnout. In conclusion, We can know that the control is not good and the many kinds of conflicts is the important causes to the occurrence and the development of job burnout.The results were as follows:1. It has the remarkable correlation between the kindergarten teachers' source of job stress, job control experience and job burnout. There were strong positive relations between the kindergarten teachers' source of job stress and job burnout, and there were strong negative relations between job control experience and job burnout .The kindergarten teachers' source of job stress , job control experience is remarkable to the job burnout overall main effect.2. The job control experience was an important mediator between source of job stress and job burnout. It has the control action. The job control experience makes its function through the correlation function.of the job control feeling and the job control demand A model is presented in which the the kindergarten teachers' source of job stress directly influences job burnout, the more source of job stress, and the more job burnout. The job control experience influences job burnout, the less job control experience the more job burnout.3. The interaction in job burnout is remarkable during the kindergarten teachers' source of job stress, job control experience .This conclusion can support very well the JD—C model and can confirm and develop the JD—C model. The high scores of source of job stress and the low job control experience is the psychological root which the job burnout occurs. 4. The kindergarten teacher faces more job stress, simultaneously displays the job burnout in the certain degree .5. There were significant difference in the factors of work years (the various stages in teacher professional circle ) .To job burnout ,not only its main effect is remarkable, but also the interactions between work years and degree, varying kindergarten was significant.According to the above findings, this research proposed the teacher professional life cycle concept, and to the work control experience condition, the professional life cycle, the work tired process similarity carries on the inspection, obtains the work control experience has in the teacher occupation development result and in the teacher occupation development adjustment direction the conclusion, borrows it to achieve the goal, eliminating burnout and "the teacher works stagnatesand and rises", promoting the teacher health harmonious development.
